Well I've been trying to get in shape after taking it kinda easy through the Fall. I've been trying to to do high intensity through the week the some on the weekends with some group rides. I'm trying to do mostly team group rides or do rides that are with fast people. It seems to be ok for now. Nothing seems to really make up for long miles though.
Getting ready to go to NAHBS The North American Handmade Bicycle show next week. I'm pretty exited about that. We will be in Austin, TX. We will be able to do some warm weather riding and see a bunch of cool bikes. Hopefully more to come on that.
